- Monday: Italy (chicken caprese with rosemary potato wedges)
- Tuesday: Ireland (Sherpherd's Pie)
- Wednesday: India (Murgh Makhani)
- Thursday: Hungary (kettle goulash)
- Friday: Greece (Kritharaki vegetable pan, yogurt with peach or nuts)
